100,000 Sq. Ft. Industrial Shed — Heavy Fabrication

Requirement

A heavy fabrication manufacturer serving the defence, aerospace and construction equipment sectors required a large-format industrial shed in Chakan MIDC with the structural clearances and access needed for heavy assembly and crane-based material handling.

Solution

CIPL developed a 100,000 sq. ft. industrial shed on its own land in MIDC Phase 2, Sawardari, engineered for heavy manufacturing use and leased directly to the occupier without an intermediary broker.
